We are now offering an opportunity to join our successful Customer Services team at our high profile Customer Contact Centre.
This enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional team provides help and assistance on a wide range of key services offer by the Council, including:
- Council Tax and Benefits.
- Housing (Social and Private).
- Property Maintenance.
- Environmental Health.
- Refuse and Street Cleaning.
- Planning Applications.
- Land Charges Personal Searches.
- Neighbourhood and Community Engagement.
Our current focus of telephone, face-to-face and email will soon be enhanced with new self-service initiatives. So, if you have customer service or front facing experience and want to use your skills to make a difference to people in local communities, why not come and join us?
Who are we looking for?
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- First class communication, influencing and organisational skills;
- Experience in a customer-facing environment;
- Excellent IT skills; and
- A calm and confident approach in a challenging, frontline, customer driven environment.
